1.芋头去皮洗净切成长条。

2.热油下锅炸。

3.炸2到3分钟捞起来 可以用筷子戳一下 戳得动就熟了。

4.锅中加入糖和水 糖煮化起泡倒入炸好的芋头 关火翻炒均匀。

5.起锅装碟。

6.同时做了反沙和拔丝的,拔丝的换成红糖就行了。
