1.酸菜洗净切细。

2.热锅下油将酸菜翻炒一下,少许盐调味炒匀后关火晾凉。

3.咸梅用勺子捣碎备用。

4.鳗鱼宰杀好后洗净血水。

6.铺上捣碎的咸梅,勺上三四勺咸梅汁。
