25.取出冷藏定型好的慕斯蛋糕,倒入果冻液至满,然后继续送入冰箱冷藏至凝固,脱模即可食用
小窍门&温馨提示
1. 拌匀的蛋糕面糊直接倒入不粘烤盘去进行烘烤,烤盘不需要做任何处理;
2. 烤好的蛋糕出炉后不需倒扣,直接在烤盘中晾凉;然后将烤盘四周的蛋糕边缘划开,倒扣在垫好的油纸上即可;
3. 向淡奶油中混合QQ糖底时要注意分次加入,以免QQ糖液在盆底结成一坨不易打匀;
