1.新鲜武昌鱼一条,处理干净

2.从背部下刀,往腹部切,但不要切断大约每隔1厘米切一刀,再把头尾分别切下来

3.盘子里摆上葱花姜片

4.把切好的鱼展开码放于盘子上,撒少许盐和料酒,腌制10分钟

5.锅里坐水烧开,放入鱼,大火蒸8分钟左右,关火焖3-5分钟

6.蒸鱼时另准备葱姜辣椒,分别切丝
