1.银耳浸泡一小时,泡开。

2.再次清洗干净,撕成小块。

3.银耳放入炖盅,加入足量的水,启动煲汤功能,大约四十分钟。

4.大枣和枸杞清洗干净。

5.四十分钟后放入枸杞大枣。

6.加入冰糖,再次启动煲汤功能,煲20分钟,银耳软烂即可。

7.凉透后,放入冰箱冷藏半小时后食用。

银耳一定要撕过,且小火慢炖,时间足够才会软糯。
