1.真空包装切片牛舌

2.黄油备用

3.白胡椒粉、食盐备用

4.将牛舌用适量白胡椒粉、食盐,进行腌制2一3分钟即可。

5.锅中放入适量黄油,融化。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.煎牛舌的时候要注意控制锅内的油温,以免煎焦或者煎老了牛舌。
2.出锅前也可烹些红酒。
