19.热锅宽油,油温四成热就要下麻花生胚,麻花刚入油锅时会沉底,过一会才会慢慢浮起来

20.用筷子不断翻动,使其受热均匀,炸至金黄就可以了

21.我的油温还是有点高了,炸好的麻花颜色还是有点深,不过,吃起来还是特别暄软的,奶味十足。
小窍门&温馨提示
1.炸麻花的油温一定不能高,油温高了,麻花表面糊了内部却没熟
2.400克面粉我加了60克蜂蜜,炸好的麻花微甜。喜欢吃甜的,可以再多加点蜂蜜
