1.准备好所有材料。

2.娃娃菜切开,留根部。

3.用小刀从外向里依次切成花瓣状。备用。

4.葱姜切碎,倒入料酒侵泡10分钟。滤去葱姜备用。

5.豆腐用刀碾碎。

6.把鳕鱼用刀刮成鱼蓉。

7.刮好的鱼蓉加入蛋清和泡过葱姜的料酒 胡椒粉。

8.把鱼蓉搅打至上劲。

9.加入豆腐蓉和淀粉搅拌均匀后加入盐,继续搅打上劲。

10.搅拌好的豆腐鱼蓉分别倒入抹过油的容器中。

11.在豆腐鱼蓉上面摆放上豌豆。

12.隔水蒸8分钟。

13.蒸好后,用小刀轻轻取出莲蓬豆腐。

14.锅中加入鸡汤,下入切好的娃娃菜莲花。

15.小火煮至莲花熟透,捞出放入盘中间。

16.莲花周围码放蒸好的莲蓬。

17.剩下的鸡汤加入盐 鸡精 勾薄芡,淋入麻油。

18.把芡汁均匀的浇在莲蓬上即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
鱼要选用鱼刺少的鱼,鱼蓉要搅打上劲,北豆腐可以换成嫩豆腐。
