八角,
2粒,
香叶,
3片,
料酒,
2大匙,

1.猪手飞水,冲冼干净浮沫,用摄子把猪皮残余的毛拔干净。

2.冬菇泡发。(我用的金钱菇,小小一个,比较脆口。用大的冬菇可以一切半。)

3.去皮栗子解冻。(栗子是买回来自己剥好,放冰箱冻起来慢慢用的,当时剥到手抽筋,太费时间了。)

4.姜切片,蒜去皮备用。

5.酱汁混合。

6.热油锅,把姜葱爆香。

7.倒入猪手炒约5分钟,把水份炒干。

8.倒入酱汁炒匀。

9.放入冰糖,八角和香叶,倒入没过猪手的的水,大火烧开,转小火煮1小时。(中途翻拌两三次)

10.把油撇去。

11.放入冬菇栗子中火继续煮半小时。

12.放入葱花拌匀即可。

13.皮软糯筋Q弹,栗子粉糯,冬菇吸收了酱汁非常美味。
