1.先做千层酥皮。12克黄油隔热水融化备用

2.把高低粉、水、盐、糖、融化黄油倒一起拌匀揉成团

3.用保鲜膜裹起来入冰箱冷藏一小时

4.另外80克黄油温室软化弄成长方形待用

11.叠好的保鲜膜包好冰箱冷藏15分钟后继续擀长方形叠起来冷藏这样来回3、4次!

16.取一张皮放上三条虾仁(虾仁提前处理、去壳加椒盐和玉米抓匀)图片数量有限、就不传了!

17.在放好虾仁的皮上边边刷一点蛋液

18.盖上另外一张酥皮!边缘捏紧

19.放在铺好烤纸的烤盘上,全部做好了,刷一层蛋液饼体表面。烤箱预热175。上下火中层烤25分钟!看烤箱热度控制时间了!
