1.高筋面粉加入温水活化的酵母水、白糖揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵成2~2.5倍大

2.鸡腿肉卸下来,切成厚片

3.加入黑胡椒、生姜粉、料酒、盐、白糖腌一会,再加入少许干淀粉抓匀

4.锅内加少许油,滑炒鸡肉,加入少许青椒丝和洋葱丝炒到鸡肉变白,加入一点点老抽上色,关火

5.鸡肉放笊篱里用勺子压几下控净油和水分(一定要控净,要不成品水塌塌)

6.发好 的面团排气后,分面团,擀成8寸左右的饼皮,插些小孔,封上保鲜膜再醒15分钟

7.准备好青椒丝、洋葱丝(要切的特别细),马苏里拉,西红柿丁

8.刷上番茄沙司,撒上披萨草

9.放入预热180度的烤箱,中层烤10分钟左右

10.饼皮鼓起来后撒上马苏里拉烤到微化

11.撒上鸡肉、青椒丝、洋葱丝、撒上马苏里拉,放上西红柿丁

12.放入烤箱,中层200度,烤10~15分钟即可出炉。
