1.蛋黄与蛋白分开!

2.蛋黄中放入白糖搅拌至白糖全部融化!

3.倒入水搅拌均匀!

7.蛋白里倒入白醋和白糖,用打蛋器打发!

8.打发至硬性发泡!

9.取一半蛋白放入蛋黄糊里面搅拌均匀!

10.把搅拌好的蛋黄糊倒入剩下的一半蛋白中搅拌均匀,气泡可以震几下,我这个是还没有震!

11.把蛋黄糊倒入模具中,烤箱预热180°中层五分钟左右转160°十五分钟就可以了!

12.奶油打发九成之后放入可食用色素搅拌均匀!

13.裱花嘴装入裱花袋里面,然后裱花到蛋糕上就可以了!
