5.鳕鱼用油稍微煎一下,出锅备用

6.底油,放入蒜末和红椒,炒出香味

7.放入番茄酱、蚝油炒一下,倒入适量水,调入盐、糖、生抽,煮开。

8.放入煎过的鳕鱼慢煮几分钟,勾芡。
