1.鸭脖洗好,准备卤料材料开始卤。一般卤半个小时就可以。

2.卤好的鸭脖。切小段。

3.辣椒。姜蒜切好。

4.起锅放油。下入辣椒姜蒜翻炒,加盐。

5.然后下入鸭脖。加入花椒粉。翻炒。

6.然后加辣椒油里面的辣椒。翻炒。加老抽。
