1.猪腰洗净

2.用清水浸泡一小时左右,中间换换水

3.倒掉血水

4.将一片猪腰放在案板上,先平行切,不要切断

小窍门&温馨提示
1、将猪腰子剥去薄膜,剖开,剔去筋,切成所需的片或花,用清水漂洗一遍,捞起沥干。
2、1000克猪腰用100克烧酒拌和、捏挤,用水漂洗两三遍,再用开水烫一遍,即可去膻臭味。
