1.准备的原料。

2.鲳鱼处理干净,剁成小块,豆腐一样切块。

3.鲳鱼块先用葱,姜,料酒,盐腌制半小时。

4.豆腐在油锅中煎成两面金黄色。

6.鲳鱼块也煎成两面金黄色。

7.煎好的鲳鱼再铺在豆腐上。

8.热锅凉油,煸香姜片,葱段,加人老抽,生抽,料酒,少许的白糖和清水。

9.再将炒好的汤汁全部倒入砂锅中。

小窍门&温馨提示
1.喜欢吃辣的还可以加点辣酱。
2.豆腐和鱼先煎再炖更容易入不味,而且易碎。
