1.准备材料:低粉过筛,蔓越莓干表面滚低粉备用,蛋黄蛋白分离。

2.蛋黄加20克细纱糖用打蛋器打发至浓稠,体积变大颜色变浅。

3.蛋白分三次添加60克细纱糖打发至中性发泡
