1.鲅鱼一条,稍微解冻

2.切成5毫米宽的薄片

4.在锅中把花椒焙干

7.再熬好的熏鱼汁中再加上一些高度白酒,这样更出味

8.用煎锅把切好的鲅鱼煎至两面金黄色
