1.今天用的是冻干的草菇干,这种冻干的用起来很方便,而且很轻,这一碟子才8克

2.把草菇用温水浸泡10分钟,泡软后捞出备用

3.西兰花掰成小朵,淡盐水中焯烫备用

4.黑椒牛排粉加入50克水,调成糊状。我用的酷克壹佰的黑椒牛排粉,这个菜量用15克即可,我是一次把一包全做成酱了,剩余的下次用。

5.锅中放黄油,小火融化。

6.倒入牛排粉调好的糊

7.煮开后稍煮一会儿成为浓稠的酱的状态盛出来晾凉备用

8.牛排前提拿出来回温

9.切成块

10.加入一勺牛排酱

11.拌均匀腌制几分钟

12.锅烧热后放少量油,放入腌好的牛排块,平铺在锅里,不要翻动

13.大约煎50秒左右,一面完全变色翻面再煎大约50秒左右

14.放入备好的草菇和西兰花

15.再加入一勺牛排酱

16.翻炒均匀即可出锅

17.装盘时可以把西兰花围边,草菇和牛排盛中间。
