1.准备好食材:如图。

2.芥菜泡洗干净用手扭成长段备用。

3.锅中添加适量的水,放入丸子,皮蛋,姜片大火烧开。

4.煮至汤变乳白色大约五分钟。

5.将芥菜放入继续煮五分钟。
