1.油麦菜用淘米水洗净,再用清水洗净,沥干水分;

2.备好干辣椒,花椒,姜片,蒜瓣;

3.炒锅烧热,倒入适量植物油烧热;

4.放入干辣椒,花椒,姜片,蒜瓣炒香;

6.调入适量生抽,可以不用放生抽。因为我先生总感觉不放生抽的菜颜色太淡,如果你也有这样的想法,建议少放一点生抽吧;

7.油麦菜快炒几下,调入适量盐;
