1.准备主要食材,大白萝卜(白萝卜腌制出来的口感最为爽脆)

2.准备辅助材料

3.白萝卜去皮然后均匀切条,薯条大小

4.小米椒切段备用

5.把萝卜里放入两勺细盐,搅拌均匀

6.腌制30分钟后,萝卜变软
7.将萝卜放入可密封的腌制容器中,我使用的是可密封的保鲜盒,尽量别用塑料或金属材料的容器

8.放入准备好的

9.倒入适量白醋,盖上盖子密封
