1.备好食材,猪皮、杏鲍菇、葱;

2.猪皮杏鲍菇分别洗净,切片,葱洗净去须切段;

3.热锅,放适量油,下葱段梗爆香;

7.调入蚝油,少许盐、鸡粉;

8.最后加上葱叶部分,翻炒均匀即可。
小窍门&温馨提示
杏鲍菇先煸炒软再加入猪皮,猪皮本身熟的,炒均匀热透就可以了。葱段梗部和叶子分开两次放入。可以增香提色。
