1.食材:三文鱼、红头葱、紫苏、九层塔、葱,煎牛排香料调料。

2.三文鱼去掉鱼鳞切小块、用厨房纸将吸掉水分,红头葱切片、葱切段。

3.烧热锅倒入适量橄榄油,放入三文鱼,慢火煎。

4.两面都要煎好。

5.倒入红头葱,同时还要将三文鱼的两侧反转来煎至熟透。

6.洒入香料调料。

7.加入葱段、紫苏、九层塔。

8.慢慢翻动,让调料三文鱼充分吸收味道即可熄火。
小窍门&温馨提示
1、煎三文鱼过程慢火即可。
2、煎牛排香料调料有足够盐份与其实香料,所以不用再加任何调味品。
3、最后才放紫苏、九层塔与葱。
