1.猪肝洗干净,用清水浸泡2小时。

2.锅中烧开水将猪肝放入锅中煮2、3分钟,去除血水。

6.煮好的肝捞出沥干水份晾凉备用。

中除香菜外所有材料混合调成酱汁。
