1.准备的原料。

2.先把鸭处理干净。

3.啤酒加葱,姜成汁。

4.将鸭身全部泡在打好汁中,再加入黑胡椒,盐,按摩十几分钟,冰箱冷藏20小时以上。

5.腌制好的整鸭开水里洗净鸭身上的浮沫。

6.放烤网上晾干。

7.烤箱预热200度,烤制60分钟拿出刷上一层油和蜂蜜调的汁。

8.里面也刷上一层,再烤制十分钟。

9.放凉切块就可以。
小窍门&温馨提示
1烤鸭要已经快熟的时候再刷蜂蜜,否则颜色容易太深。
2.烤制的时候要注意观察,根据自己烤箱的脾气调节温度。
3.烤鸭要选小点的嫩鸭比较好。
