1.备材料(鳄鱼肉要55块1斤),我买的是肚子部位

3.鳄鱼皮用开水烫一下

4.用刀把皮上的一层膜刮掉(我只拿小许皮蒸了吃,其余留着煲汤用)

5.鳄鱼肉切块,用调味料腌上15分钟,云耳泡透,枸杞子洗净,红枣去核切丝,姜切丝,香菜切小段

6.在腌好的鳄鱼肉内加入云耳、红枣丝与姜丝
