9.肉泥放盆里加1大汤匙玉米淀粉搅上劲,左手蘸点水抓肉馅,顺虎口处挤肉丸,右手用汤匙直接一刮一个肉丸就出来了

小窍门&温馨提示
1 橙汁的酸甜口可以灵活掌握,可以调好后尝一下
2 鸡肉丸里的调料不要加太多,多了会掩盖橙汁的味道
3 鸡肉丸上的淀粉不要太多,下锅之前抖掉多余的淀粉
4 葱姜水就是用葱和姜片放到小碗里,加凉水泡几分钟后的水
