1.除黄油外的所有材料放入面包桶,启动一个和面程序揉成光滑的面团后加入软化的黄油继续一起和面程序

2.揉至能拉出手套膜后开始发酵

3.发酵好的面团平分成八份

6.取一个卷好的面团两头往中间捏

9.两边往中间对折

10.再次对折并整形成橄榄状,收口向下放在烤盘中

11.依次做好所有的面团后放进烤箱二次发酵

12.一勺炼乳加适量牛奶或清水调成流动的液体待用

13.发酵好的面团用锋利的刀在上面轻轻划三个口,刷上炼奶液并撒上白砂糖。烤箱180度预热10分钟再烤20分钟即可

小窍门&温馨提示
不喜欢全麦的亲可以把全麦粉替换成等量的普通面包粉
烘烤过程中面包上色满意后可加盖锡纸
因烤箱温度都有所差异,所以具体烘烤温度要根据自家烤箱的实际情况稍作调整
