2.取芒果肉切小块,倒入牛奶

6.装芒果泥的碗放入另一个大锅中,隔热水搅至吉利丁片完全融化,摊冷待用

7.奶酪室温软化,隔热水搅打至完全顺滑无颗粒。

8.把芒果泥倒入奶酪糊中,搅拌搅匀,放凉待用。

9.动物奶油打至7成发,勉强可以流动状

10.打好的奶油倒入7中

11.搅拌搅匀,即成慕斯糊。

12.先铺一片蛋糕片在模具中

13.倒入部分慕斯糊,可以盖住蛋糕为准。

15.把剩下的慕斯糊全部到进模具里,放进冰箱冷藏。

16.芒果肉切丁,加白开水放入搅拌机中打烂

17.打好后过筛,渣不要。

18.吉利丁片用凉开水泡软,放入芒果汁中,用微波炉加热1分钟后搅拌至吉利丁片完全融化,放至完全冷却。

19.拿出芒果慕斯,看一下是表面是否凝固,如果凝固了就可以慢慢倒入芒果汁在上面。

20.冷藏6个小时以上,直至完全凝固

21.脱膜的时候可以用热毛捂一下模具四周,就可以轻松脱膜
小窍门&温馨提示
芒果奶酪糊一定要摊冷再和奶油伴在一起,如果是热的话,会融化奶油。吉利丁片最好用凉开水泡软,这样比较卫生。最后倒芒果汁在慕斯上面是时候一定要等慕斯糊表面基本凝固,然后慢慢倒入,太快会冲散慕斯糊,影响美观。切的时候每切一刀之前搽干净刀子,这样切出来就比较整齐漂亮,不会弄到慕斯糊到处都是。
