10g(可省)
辅料:

1.面粉里倒入油,盐,水,搅拌后揉15分钟左右,直到表面光滑

2.放进涂好橄榄油的碗里发酵30分钟以上

3.切成薄片的洋葱和切块的培根一起翻炒到熟

4.150g酸奶油里放入盐,胡椒和肉豆蔻,再放入淀粉一起搅拌均匀

5.把发酵好的面团擀成2-3mm厚度的薄片

6.在擀好的面皮上涂好步骤4里的奶油酱,上面放上炒好的洋葱培根,撒上奶酪碎,放进预热到180度的烤箱烤15-20分钟即完成
