主料:
蛋糕,
125克苦甜巧克力,100克黄油,
20-30克,
鲜奶油,
15-25克杏仁碎,100克蛋糕巧克力雪球的做法步骤

1.杏仁去皮,切碎(我先用研磨机结果出来的都是杏仁粉,后来改用刀切滴)。

2.蛋糕用粗孔筛网磨成碎屑。

3.黄油放入容器中,隔热水融化。

4.将融化的黄油倒入蛋糕屑中拌匀。

5.再加入适量鲜奶油拌匀。

6.将拌好的蛋糕屑做成大小相等的若干小圆球。

7.将巧克力放入容器中,隔热水融化。

8.将之前做好的蛋糕球蘸裹融化的巧克力。

9.再将巧克力球放入杏仁碎中,滚动沾满杏仁碎,至巧克力凝固即可。
