1.无水无油的容器里进行蛋清蛋黄分离

2.蛋黄里加入细砂糖并搅拌均匀

3.蛋黄里加入色拉油并搅拌均匀(可以用玉米油代替)

4.加入纯牛奶并搅拌均匀

5.筛入低筋面粉,Z形抽拌,将面粉混合均匀,切记不要画圈搅拌哦……

6.搅拌均匀后的面糊状态

7.滴入几滴红丝绒精华液并搅拌均匀

8.细砂糖分3次加入蛋清中打发

9.打发至出现双小尖勾,即干性状态

10.将1/3的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊里,并搅拌均匀,翻拌和切拌手法

11.最后将蛋黄糊全部倒入剩将1/3的蛋白加入到蛋黄糊里,并搅拌均匀,翻拌和切拌手法下的2/3的蛋白里,并搅拌均匀

12.倒入模具(8寸的份量,可以烤2个6寸圆模)刮一下面糊,让面糊平整点,并轻震2、3下

13.烤箱150度提前预热10分钟,将模具放入烤箱最中下层,150烤50分钟,烤好拿出来倒扣

14.150g淡奶油加15g细砂糖打发至酸奶状态,5分发左右

15.加入自制桑果酱搅拌均匀(桑果酱是我自制的,大家可以用其他果酱代替)

16.徒手脱模

17.在蛋糕中间插个小洞,然后刀随蛋糕转圈轻轻切一下,不要切破哦

18.把淡奶油果酱混合物装裱花袋里,挤进蛋糕里
