1.面粉中放入酵母和适量温水,用筷子搅拌成絮状。

2.揉成面团,醒发一个小时。

3.发好的面团切开。

4.再揉成光滑的面团。

5.擀成圆形,放少许油、盐、五香粉和黑芝麻,卷起,压成圆饼状,再用擀面杖擀成饼胚。

6.平底锅烧热,放入少许油,再放入饼胚,烙成两面金黄色,即可。
