1.鸡脚去指甲切段侵泡出血水!

2.锅中倒入清水放入鸡脚大火煮沸,然后计时8分钟,中间不时翻拌使其均匀!

3.煮好的凤爪用冷水冲洗干净血泡后滤去水份,侵泡冷水中放入冰箱冷藏使其变得Q弹!

4.准备各色朝天椒,美人椒,大蒜!然后剁碎!

5.葱花,香菜切末!

7.油倒入辣椒碎中爆香,然后放盐,鸡精,花椒油,蚝油,香油,醋,老抽,小茴香!搅拌均匀!

8.如图准备所示!侵泡好的凤爪滤干水分,加入做好的调料,柠檬片,葱花,香菜末,搅拌均匀密封腌制至少4小时以上!腌制隔夜味道更加!中间记得不定时翻拌!
