1.鸡腿剔除骨头,用生抽、料酒、鸡粉腌制;腌好的鸡腿肉放锅里煎熟;

2.鸡蛋打散,倒入白米饭里拌匀后,将饭炒好,少许盐调味;* 隔夜饭炒之前,最好用微波炉叮热或锅里蒸热,这样米粒散开易炒;* 当天煮的米饭,最好水份少点,炒出来的饭才会粒粒分明;

3.小番茄洗净对半切开备用;
