6.手打猪肉丸解冻,这是我自己做的,就是把猪肉馅里加葱花,姜末,花椒面,盐,蛋清和淀粉和匀,用清水汆熟,之后放冰箱冻上。买的各种火锅丸和魔芋结洗净,备用。
