1.白芸豆500克,洗净后用清水浸泡一夜

小窍门&温馨提示
一定要用纯速溶咖啡粉,不要用加了糖和奶精的咖啡粉;
如果没有奶油焦糖酱,可以用巧克力酱代替,或者干脆不放,不放奶油焦糖酱的话,熟面粉的用量也要酌情减少,以免饼皮或馅料过干;
熟面粉即炒熟的面粉,将面粉放入炒锅,小火炒至微微发黄,冷却后即可使用
