1.把波兰种材料拌匀,放冰箱冷藏过夜。我冷藏了12小时。

2.除黄油外,把面包材料和波兰种放入面包机,揉面15分钟,按停止键,放入软化的黄油,重面团键,揉至完成。(我面包机一揉面程序是30分钟,共揉了45分钟。)

3.揉出手套膜。

4.发酵至2倍大。(手指扎进去拔出来,不反弹不塌陷就好了。)

5.把面团拿出来,按压排气,分成6等份。

6.取一面团上下擀开成椭圆形。(如图)

7.上下折叠。(如图)全部擀好。

8.再擀成宽与模具等宽的长形。

9.我一个做了原味,一个放了葡萄干。

10.卷起来。(最好是2圈半)

11.放入450克吐司模。

12.盖上锡纸或保鲜膜,放温度的地方发酵40分钟或以上。

13.发酵至8分满

14.刷上鸡蛋液。

15.放入预热好的烤箱,350F/180C度烤35分钟。上色后盖上锡纸防颜色过深。

16.出炉马上脱模放凉。
