1.番茄两枚;

2.洗净去蒂,削皮对破成块。

3.铰肉一坨;

4.加姜粒、盐、胡椒面、味精、红苕粉;

5.放少许料酒,分三次加水、朝一个方向拌和至肉末上劲。

6.番茄块冷水下锅,大火烧开后打去浮沬,中火煮10分钟左右;

7.捞入汤盆;
