1.用温水将酵母化开,倒入面粉中,再加入适量温水搅拌成面絮。注意水不要太烫。

2.将面絮揉成光滑的面团,隔水放温水中发半小时左右。

3.白菜切碎,撒盐,搅拌,挤出多余水分。

4.粉丝泡开后切碎。

5.豆腐捏碎,加入白菜,粉丝,盐,生抽,熟油,搅拌均匀。

6.发好的面团变两倍大,出现蜂窝孔。

7.面团揉好分成大小相同的面剂。

8.面剂子擀成饼。
