1.用料:铁棍山药200克,红枣100克,茯苓粉80克,蜂蜜适量

小窍门&温馨提示
喜欢口感好一点可以减少茯苓用量,想要功效强一点,可以增加茯苓粉至100克。
最后一次蒸制时注意不要让汽水将山药糕浸湿,而影响品相。
