1.虾洗干净

5.鲍鱼切片,加葱姜生抽花生油腌15分钟左右

6.虾挑干净虾线

7.放两人份的大米,加些小花生油,加瑶柱,大火煮粥,开后用勺子搅拌(因为是砂锅,不搅到底的话会糊底的),粥差不多好的时侯把鲍鱼跟虾放进去煮个几分钟就可以了
