1.鸡蛋隔热水加温到差不多40度,加入糖

2.用电动打蛋器打发至滴落的蛋液画8字不会马上消失,大概打了5分钟

3.将已经提前过筛的面粉,分三次过筛进去,拌好了再过筛下一次,面粉要均匀平铺在打发好的蛋液上面,不要堆积在一起

4.用刮刀顺着打蛋盆壁刮起面糊再倒回盆里,并逆时针转动打蛋盆

5.牛奶和油倒入另一个碗里,用手动打蛋器混合,乳化好,水油不分离

6.勺一大勺面糊放进牛奶油混合物里,先拌好

7.再倒回蛋糕糊里,翻拌好

8.装入法焙客9连方型蛋糕模具里,震出气泡

9.放入已经预热好160度的东菱K40C烤箱中下层,烘烤25分钟左右

11.黄油、糖粉、牛奶、可可粉都倒入不粘奶锅里

12.小火加热,一边加热一边搅拌,成巧克力酱

13.将蛋糕放入,蘸满巧克力酱

14.再裹上椰丝,室温高可放至冰箱凝固,那天室温只有几度,就不需要放冰箱凝固了,在蛋糕上面用巧克力笔写上圣诞祝福即可
