1.五花肉洗净,烧一锅水,水里放两片生姜,把五花肉整块焯5min左右

2.焯好的五花肉捞出,控干水分,均匀地抹上老抽上色

3.锅里烧些热油,将五花肉皮向下放入热油,将皮炸一下

11.两勺白砂糖(量依菜的多少而定,我的比例是这样的)

12.再加一碗水煮开(水的量差不多要能没过肉,如果把握不好,可以先少加一些,等肉加下去了再补齐)

13.将肉片加入锅中,翻均匀后盖上盖开大火收汁(期间翻几次,使其均匀受热)

14.当汤汁收九成后调一些水淀粉加入锅中,翻炒至汤汁浓稠后出锅

小窍门&温馨提示
1.肉上抹了老抽后最好能放置15-30min
2.将肉皮炸一下更好吃
