1.全部用料,油忘记拍了

2.取一个大碗,油除外,按照先液体然后粉类,最后放酵母的顺序,将材料放到碗中。鸡蛋可以留少许,刷表面用

3.用筷子搅成絮状

4.倒入面包桶中,将面包机开启两次和面程序,将面团揉至扩展阶段。第一次和面程序结束时倒入色拉油。再次开启一次和面程序

5.和面程序结束后,取出面团,发酵至两倍大,也可以用面包机直接发酵。

6.发酵好的面团取出排气,分成等量的四份

7.用擀面杖擀开,两边向中间折,做一个四折

8.折成如图的形状(少拍了一个图,其实整行我不太在行,自己家吃口感好就行了)

9.放入烤盘,进行二次发酵

10.发酵好的白胖子。
