1.准备两条鲫鱼,去除鱼的鳞片和内脏,清洗干净,西红柿洗好切一小口。

2.用开水烫一会西红柿要翻面,然后扒好皮儿。

3.把扒好的西红柿切成小块。

4.热锅凉油,放入姜片。

5.油温热煎鱼快速翻面。

6.鱼 煎好加入热水适量。

7.接下来放入西红柿,葱,蒜,生抽,盐,中火炖20分钟。

8.20分钟后关火,放入鸡精,装盘,再撒点葱叶做点缀。
