1.把菠菜洗净,沥干水分,去掉菠菜杆,把菠菜叶子切碎

小窍门&温馨提示
菠菜榨汁时不要加太多的水,以免菠菜汁不绿
料理机打菠菜叶时,打两次就特别的细腻,无菠菜渣了
煮汤圆用勺子贴锅底稍推几下
以防粘底待汤圆浮上,要改小火慢煮
