小窍门&温馨提示
①花蛤在挑选的时候一定要挑选能张口喷水的那种,壳紧闭的多半是不新鲜的
②需要用盐水浸泡让其张口吐沙,浸泡时间最好1小时以上
③花蛤本身就是鲜味无比,所以在烹制过程中,适量少盐少酱,无需鸡精味精等调料
④烹制时间不可过长,否则会失去鲜美的口感
