1.牛腩洗净切块。

2.番茄切片。

3.锅中放入1勺猪肉,油温八成番茄下锅翻炒。

4.将番茄炒成酱状。

5.牛腩放入高压锅中加少量的水、1勺料酒,加压炖25分钟。

6.炖熟的牛腩连汤倒入番茄汁中,放入姜末、蚝油中火煮5分钟转大火收汁。

7.加盐调味,出锅撒上葱花就OK了。

炖牛腩的时候尽量少加水,加水过多则汤汁不浓。
